Before and After

Dear Neighbors,

Please notice the sign in our yard. Your concerns have been heard and yesterday we spent several hours landscaping the sign that welcomes folks to our neighborhood. We realize we may not have done exactly what you asked us to do and we certainly did it on our own time frame, but the good news is that the sign is done.

We pulled up the two dead evergreens and several dead/dying boxwoods. We also planted 4 mums of varying colors which should bloom within the next month. We also mulched (notice we did not lay the white rock as previously had been requested).

Next year we’ll get rid of the pine tree. Pinky promise.

(P.S. I erased the name of our subdivision to keep some privacy up in here).

  1. Nice work there kiddos. I can’t wait to see it in person. I guess I should pay more attention while driving around my own subdivision.

  2. Crazy Chuck was outside this morning (of course without a shirt on) and I wanted to stop and talk with him about the neighborhood sign :) I also wanted to mention to him that since the front of his house is technically the first thing seen when people come into our neighborhood, when the heck is he going to be landscaping that bad boy?
