Thanks to Stacy, I’m linking up for Menu Planning Monday. It looks like every Sunday night, Laura posts her menu for the week. Knowing what I’m going to prepare should make my days go much more smoothly. We’ll see how it goes 
(note to self: Menu Planning Monday just got really easy. I could just steal other people’s menus…since most of them post links to the recipes they’re going to make, I’m good to go!)
Note to Illinois - the Carrot Puff was a huge hit last night at dinner. I had to supply Kathy and Carol with the recipe. It came out great and was so easy. That’s a keeper.
Menu Planning - you’re becoming your grandmother’s granddaughter! You come by it naturally. It’s in your genes. Forget the website - a piece of paper on the refrigerator door always worked for her.
