You can keep the heat out there. It’s WAY TOO EARLY here for 90+ weather. Church was really hot today. I wore the dress I bought on one of the islands during my last cruise with the mom & dad and one of the kids at church asked me if I was wearing my nightgown!!!!! Smack that kid.
My only consolation and sanity saver is that Scoots goes through this daily with higher heat, more clothing while carrying at least 50 extra pounds of stuff. If he can endure that, I can stand 90+ for a couple days. Thank you, DA, and God bless!

I only wear pantyhose to job interviews, so mercifully I’m spared those. As for jewelry, all those sweet little reminders of Bob’s affection will find themselves in a drawer for the duration if the 100+ heat doesn’t cease.

No pantyhose for me, EVER!! I’ve successfully steered clear of those torturous things one way or another throughout the years. (Thigh highs rule!) I could also ditch the bra & shoes of any kind, UGH! HOT! Whatever will I do in August?
